Since the beginning of 2014, I have been working for companies over and over again to give employees a short break. Starting early in the morning, during the lunch break or after work.
My classes give your employees the opportunity to release stress, bond with colleagues and keep fit. In all of the years of teaching in companies, I have also noticed that employees communicate better with one another and feel more connected.

Special Events
Are you planning a special event and can you imagine integrating a yoga class? I've taught Hip Hop Yoga on a boat with a dj, at a pool party for Zalando, at Berlin Fashion Week and at a bachelorette party. You are welcome to come to me with your special idea and we will create something nice .
