Hip Hop Yoga
What is hip hop yoga about?
Modern , urban city life united with the old traditions of yoga and the groove and lifestyle of hip hop. Freedom and connectedness are the goal of yoga and because of that I think that hip hop and yoga fits really well .
The often heard prejudice that yoga excludes fun and joy- loosened up with the vibe of music, I want to prove the opposite, especially to beginners.
Nobody becomes a breakdancer in the class, but there are more physical things in common than people think.
In this really intensive practice we have enough time to strengthen the muscles , stretching , mindful breathing such as balance poses. Of course, the relaxation part should not be missing.

Yoga for Men
In the last 10 years of practicing yoga, I have very rarely seen a man on the mat.The amusing thing is that yoga was once a purely men's sport. Since yoga has so many positive effects on the mind and body, why shouldn't men benefit from it too?
For this reason I teach hours exclusively for men to take away any inhibitions and to show the fun you can have on the mat. For one man, yoga is a step towards physical activity and for those who do weight training it is a perfect complement and relaxation through stretching.
The focus of the classes is more on the dynamic than on the spiritual and yet there is also a little Om :-)
Individual private lesson
I've always been very interested in people, what they think, why they move the way they do, why they can breathe heavily or easily, and simply which biography is behind the person.
In my private lessons I can respond individually to the student, support the movements with the assists I have learned and look very closely at what the person needs. For this, I take time before the first lesson to find out how I can find the right practice for them. With or without music, I want to bring a little more ease into the student's life with every lesson.
At the end of the lesson there is a small neck massage and meditation if requested by the student.
Vinyasa Flow
In 2012 I decided to do yoga training in the Vishnus Couch studio in Cologne, because the style of the school is very powerful and flowing. My instructor trained at Jivamukti Yoga and has many influences from the Loughing Yoga style which inspired me a lot. Some of the sequences that I have learned even had something dance-like and very joyful and free. So since my Training I like to teach Flow Classes to get people into their bodies.
